The grapes cultivated in our 12 acre vineyard are sold exclusively to Airlie Winery. Seven varieties of Airlie's award winning wines are available.
Pinot Noir
- The wine that made the Willamette Valley famous
- Produced in small batches using gentle processing, gravity flow, and minimal handling
- Aged in 25-30% new French oak
- Classic burgundy that goes with anything except heavier spicy foods
Maréchal Foch
- Willamette Valley's other big red
- Early ripener that doesn't require a long growing season
- We call it our Merlot alternative
- Holds up well to hearty dishes such as BBQ, or spicy foods like Italian
Chardonnay
- Dijon clones give us the advantage of getting ripe and mature grapes
- Fruity—crisp not too oaky
- Barrel fermented and stirred on the leas
- Food friendly, classic white burgundy
Pinot Gris
- Done in stainless steel and sees no oak
- Embodies the mouth with well-ripened fruit
- Light, refreshing with a crisp finish
- Great dry white that pairs well with variety of food
Gewürztraminer
- Pears and apples blend with cloves and spices rounded out with a crisp clean finish.
- Dry in style with just a whisper of sweetness
- Tastes as great as it smells
- Spicy Flavor that goes well with Sushi, Thai, Chinese, and even turkey
Seven
- Celebrating the vibrancy, approachability and complexity of seven white varietals is what this wine is about
- A touch of sweetness and great structure will have you refilling your glass
- Matches well with a variety of foods
Müller Thurgau
- In the Riesling family, but not as sweet
- Fresh, fruity and semisweet with natural effervescence
- Great with appetizers, brunch or perfect wedding wine
- Everyone's favorite light white
Riesling
- Rich and elegant
- More body and sweetness than Müller
- Great with seafood or lighter meals
